  • Step 1

Zest orange and lemon, then cut each into 6 slices.
  • Step 2

Place the ribs in a 2-gallon food storage bag with orange and lemon zest, and 3 cans of Twisted Tea Half & Half. Add the remaining can of Twisted Tea Half & Half if needed to cover the ribs. Seal the bag, place in a pan and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 3

Heat the oven to 300oF. Remove ribs from the marinade and season with lemon pepper and paprika. Place the ribs, meaty side up, on foil-lined shallow baking pan. Cook for 2 hours.
  • Step 4

Place 4 sheets of heavy duty aluminum foil on counter (each about 4 inches longer than ribs). Place the ribs, meaty side up, on the foil. Top each rib rack with slices of lemon and orange; drizzle generously with honey.
  • Step 5

Seal foil around the ribs and return to baking pan, meaty side up. Cook for 1 to 2 hours until the ribs are tender. Remove the ribs from oven and let stand 30 minutes to cool. Refrigerate until #TwistedTailgate time.
  • Step 6

    6. Leave ribs wrapped in foil and place over direct heat on the grill. Grill until internal temperature reaches 165ºF., turning occasionally.
