  • Step 1

Set aside 3/4 cup tea and 1 cup peach preserves.
  • Step 2

For the marinade, combine remaining peach preserves and 1 can Twisted Tea in blender. Pulse to puree peach pieces. Stir in another 1 1/2 cans of Twisted Tea. Place ribs in 2-gallon food storage bag and pour marinade over them. Add remaining can of Twisted Tea, if needed, to cover ribs. Seal bag, place in pan and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 3

For the BBQ sauce, combine your reserved 3/4 cup Twisted Tea and 1 cup peach preserves in a saucepan. Boil over high heat for 3 minutes. Break larger pieces of peach apart with spoon while boiling. Remove it from the heat abd stir in BBQ sauce. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  • Step 4

Heat your oven to 350oF. Remove ribs from the marinade and season with hot BBQ seasoning blend. Place ribs, meaty side up, on foil-lined shallow baking pan.
  • Step 5

Cook those ribs for 1 1/2 to 2 hours, until very tender. Remove the ribs from the oven and let ‘em stand 30 minutes to cool. Wrap in foil and refrigerate until #TwistedTailgate time!
  • Step 6

Remove the ribs from foil and place over direct heat on grill. Grill the until internal temperature reaches 165ºF., turning occasionally and brushing with that delicious peach BBQ sauce.
